Ahlchemy Fulcrum · Ahlchemy Author Company
Effective date: October 10, 2026 · ahlchemyfulcrum.com
Ahlchemy Fulcrum is a fractional-CxO AI-readiness self-assessment operated by Ahlchemy Author Company (“Ahlchemy,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the tool, how we use it, how our AI assistant handles your questions, and the choices you have.
When you ask the Ask Catalyst assistant a question, your message is sent to our processing endpoint and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. We log the question and answer so we can understand question trends and improve the tool.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use no advertising trackers. We rely on a small set of service providers who process data only to run the service, under confidentiality obligations:
Email correspondence and follow-up are handled manually by Ahlchemy. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We keep this simple: we use only essential, functional browser storage. That means local storage for save/restore of your assessment, and a short-lived Turnstile token for bot protection. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and any analytics we use is Cloudflare’s cookieless Web Analytics.
Because we use no non-essential tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required. You can clear site data or block storage at any time in your browser settings; the tool still works, but it won’t remember your in-progress assessment.
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA and similar U.S. state laws, and the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email admin@ahlchemy.org and we will respond as required by law.
We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. You can still request access or deletion at the address above.
Traffic to the tool is encrypted in transit using modern TLS, and access to stored data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.
Ahlchemy Fulcrum is a business tool intended for adults and organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We want Ahlchemy Fulcrum to be usable by everyone and aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidance. We do not block copy or paste in form fields. If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, email admin@ahlchemy.org and we will work with you to provide the information or function you need.
We may update this policy as the tool evolves. We’ll change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
