These Terms govern your use of Ahlchemy Fulcrum, the AI-readiness assessment at ahlchemyfulcrum.com, operated by Ahlchemy Author Company (“Ahlchemy,” “we,” “us”). By using the tool you agree to them.
By accessing or using Ahlchemy Fulcrum, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tool. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Ahlchemy Fulcrum is an informational self-assessment that helps you gauge an organization’s AI readiness across four areas and produces an indicative maturity level, a likely binding constraint, and a report. It also offers an optional AI assistant, “Ask Catalyst.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Ask Catalyst generates responses using AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not fit your circumstances. Treat it as a starting point, verify anything important before relying on it, and do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal information through it.

The tool, its content, design, and the Ahlchemy and Ahlchemy Fulcrum names and marks are owned by Ahlchemy Author Company and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool for your own evaluation. You keep ownership of the inputs you provide, and you grant us a limited license to process them to operate the service and produce your results.
You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm you have the right to provide it. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, credentials, or confidential information belonging to others.
The service, including all assessments, reports, and ai outputs, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Ahlchemy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result or recommendation will be accurate or achieve any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahlchemy and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Ahlchemy’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Ahlchemy for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahlchemy Author Company and its owners and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the tool, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Ahlchemy Fulcrum provides directional estimates to help you think about AI readiness. Results depend entirely on the inputs you give and are not a guarantee of any condition, compliance posture, performance, or outcome. Independent verification is your responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal resolution first. Before filing anything, you agree to contact us at admin@ahlchemy.org and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding individual arbitration. If that doesn’t resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, seated in Webster County, Missouri (or conducted virtually for claims under $10,000). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Ahlchemy waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Ahlchemy regarding the tool. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use means you accept them.
